You've learned the principles of accountability. The next step is to act on what you know.

Executive coaching demonstrates accountability as a central organizing principle. You experience accountability as a key success factor in getting the results you want. Mastering the principles of accountability is the same as driving toward and getting your desired result.

My role is to help you define your truth and then to create the words and actions that will enable you to live it. Is a fear of conflict or difficult conversations holding you back? Together, we get past your obstacle through accountability-centered coaching.

The coaching process is typically short and effective. Beginning with a structured engagement of three sessions, we define the issue, understand the gap between the desired outcome and the current situation, develop a plan, implement the plan and follow up. You are in the driver's seat. (If you don't do your homework, don't call me back.)

Inevitably, your own truth becomes clear. The necessary attitude and behavior changes occur naturally. The results follow shortly thereafter.

 

After your coaching I was talking to a colleague and said “we” have made the decision to implement a 3% budget decrease. She told me how refreshing it was to hear me own my role in leadership instead of constantly saying "they" decided to make the cuts as if I was somehow a victim of it. It was powerful, and in that moment, I stepped into my leadership role.
